If the person to whom sousage was trying to arrest was your friend, then killing him was valid. You can shoot to kill anyone in order to protect your friend regardless of the wanted levels. I am not satisfied with any actions which sousage makes against players since I found that he tries to satisfy his personal ego by banning/infracting players. Also since there is no particular crew system, any one can kill any cop in order to protect any suspect claiming that the suspect was his/her friend, and due to which sousage you need to understand and use some common sense that you cannot infract every god damn player who kills you.
I have personally dealt with you and had my infractions revoked and I know how you react when you get killed. Don't abuse your powers.
