Tanker export value

Hello, i was exporting vehicles, and after i exported this one "Tanker", it got sold for $0 with damage being 2.7%, I forgot to check what was the actual export value for it before, but i am sure it can't be $0 after this amount of damage done.

Looks like actual value of Tanker when exported is $0, not sure if that intended or ?

How come when I go to export a Tanker it tells me (correctly) that it cannot be scrapped?



EDIT: Export not scrap, got ya. Will fix.
