Locking threads to avoid drama

Why always when people state their disatisfaction with a staff member they just abuse staff powers with stupid reasons like "locking this to avoid drama"? They don't want him here, that's all. That's why drama exists, because he's not a good staff member. Stop abusing the staff statute to avoid people stating their opinions. Karbz

Another way people get abused by a bad system. They can't even talk about staff members they dont want there.
