Almost 80% of cops kill non threats and then say they had no idea because the dont have player labels or sht to get a lighter sentence so what I suggest is that whenever a non threat victim is shot at the cop will have a huge text on screen saying, "SUSPECT IS NON-THREAT CEASE FIRE."
One thing I can think of a disadvantage is that if the player is trying to aim on that cop the cop will still get the warning

I think it's better if you first play as a cop and then give suggestion.
This thing is already implemented and it's fine.

I suggest you become a student once and learn your meanings because the message is displayed when a cop is attacking an unarmed suspect also I have played as COP and due to the new Threat and NON-Threat tags above the player it is actually identifiable to segregate
