I don't see anything wrong in this video ? You were chasing me I took a cover behind this wall and I was shooting you. This is everything I'm capable to explain.
I still don't understand, when I shot anyone with sniper there is a reload animation which stands a little (1 sec approximately) and I'm able to shoot again.
