What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I Dont know i was going check how much time left to be unbanned then today it said 1 year ban but WHAT? im not ban evading
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	No
Any more information to provide?	I Dont Use VPN My Wifi its Good maybe some admin have been confused to an other player i have a screenshot of my desktop

First of all, not that anyone would care of the relationship you are with a family member of yours. But, according to what you said Daniel_Gimenez (TheMCNR_Chad) 'in-game name' is your brother, but later on you claim that he is not your brother, but your cousin.. Now let me tell you something that everyone knows, a sibling is not the same as a cousin and no, it doesn't change overtime either. He couldn't have turned from a brother to a cousin and now you claim that you don't even know him by saying 'some guy' in your appeal. Funny you right? 😛

Second, it's clearly the same person according to the pictures attached below. I got the first picture from RockStarboi after you (TheMCNR_Chad) got your application denied on the KoS crew. And the second picture is one you sent me. They show that those personal messages are written by the same person within a few minutes gap (2-10minutes) meanwhile both accounts are on a whole different location according to the IPs when I checked them, this shouldn't be possible. It claims that you are using a VPN. You cannot hide your broken lies with more lies. like; "I accidentally sent that with his account as it was auto-logged in" or "I do not know him!" No matter how hard you're trying to lie, it's useless.

Lastly, just to spell it out in-case you still don't understand how this ban is NOT wrongfully issued. 1. You got banned and made a new account to play with in-game (Ban Evasion). 2. You insisted on claiming that the new account you made is not you which it was (Multi-accounting).

1 - Who Ban evade for 1month because i deleted samp when i was banned

2 - Those Players Daniel and Chad Daniel its my Brother and Chad my cousin then that day me and chad was at my house playing samp i was playing a different server.
3 - THAT WAS UNFAIR BECAUSE I WAS GOING CHECK HOW MUCH TIME LEFT TO BE UNBANNED THEN I DONT USE VPN.

Also I Will Send a Screenshot from my ip to your discord. If it proves im '' Ban evading ''

See? There you Go. You call this '' Ban evading '' Also i dont use VPN also i Pay $80 per Month for a Good wifi services i always lag due of mods

It seems that you are slow on understanding.. I said the IP for whom you claim and doesn't exist which is you 'Chad (you cousin)'s IP is on a whole different than yours. You said in here that he was at your house playing correct? Couldn't possibly have a different IP then which it does.

You also say that you deleted samp, but again you say that you are playing samp.. Weird, right?

Then I Was Checking My IP if Chad And Daniel IP are same as Mine Its not Same as Others Chad its Living on Germany Right now Him has a different IP Me and Daniel have same IP because i was playing Los Santos Roleplay 1v1 with other players Them suddently Sak3_ Hacks Daniel's account then This kid reported me For no reason Because Im Not Ban evading i tried to explain to this guy '' Dude im just some guy from Brazil Im Not Daniel Wtf '' and this kid still Talking shit '' i know is u dood '' Because Me and him are brothers then this Child calls me ban evader for no reason Since i was playing other server

I Was Reinstalling Gta Sa Because i installed a mod called '' Ragdoll Bullet Physics '' That what a mod you add Ragdoll when you Kill Or Hit a ped with a car also To fall from high places too Then i was going test it on Los santos roleplay if this works Then I just Join the server and this Game Crashed Alot I tried on Gta sa It freezes when i start a game. You, Daniel and Chad are all the same person. Couldn't possibly have a whole different IP with about the same message in few minutes minutes. You should once again read what I wrote since you do not understand a first or second time. Else, I am denying this appeal because it's becoming a loop of lies added with dumb and tiring replies from you that are containing stuff against the rules.
