Major bug with /crimes command

- Your in-game name Ralsei
- What happened? /crime command gives off crimes of a person who commited earliest crimes, not desired player's
    - Where were you? Irrelevant
    - What were you doing? Irrelvant
    - Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time? Happens all the time I use /crimes command
- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before? A lot of people said that It has happened to them before so yes I believe.
- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible. Typing in /crimes, simple
- Images and videos help a LOT. Press F8 in-game to take a screenshot and upload it here for us to see the issue for ourselves. Please crop/resize large images. https://streamable.com/stluwf
- Date and time of incident if known I have noticed it happening since yesterday

it's already been reported and under investigation. Thanks anyways
