Removal/Clarification of useless rules.

First off, I never broke/got punished for any of these rules, so I'm not doing this in favor of myself.

Griefing - Why should people be banned for ramming someone's car even If It's on purpose? Just kill them?

Discrimination - Staff shouldn't deal with that, It's either you ignoring them or fighting with them, just introduce autokick for words like "f@ggot", or others (Just like for the word ni**er) I see no point in banning/infracting or that, bad behavior usually comes from your environment. Infracting someone won't make their father stop being an alcoholic.

Revenge - Make a proper clarification for that in game's rulebook (/rules). New players are breaking rules without even knowing that. Random (to them) punishments = They are leaving

"Suicide to avoid death" - People believe in "this" rule even though It's not officially stated, make offical clarification on discord or etc.

Animation skipping - Ok this one's somewhat ok, just make It so you can't anim skip only during a fight or chase (I know some admins are spectating people when they aren't doing shit and punishing them for skipping 1 animation 4km away from nearest player)

RDM - Piss command shouldn't be counted to RDM, It's your fault If you are downed and a random player pees on you.

Also require video evidence to rules like "Destroying civilian cars as a cop" and etc.
