Suggestion: Add more banks per city and adjust the amount of money bags inside of them as needed.
Problem trying to fix: I hate robbing banks because you’ve got to worry about other robbers killing you. Cops are not as big of an issue, I can avoid them by seeing who’s the closest cop.
I get that changing rules will cause an issue but hopefully this suggestion is a compromise to the folks who want to play casually.

hold up 1 second.. how u seeing the cops once ur inside the bank ? it takes around 20-30 seconds for 10 cops to pull up outside the bank..

Can clarify again why -1?
Point is a single location can be controlled by couple of crews. Someone who plays casually would rob at the right place and time, having a hardcore competition is essentially a discouragement with single banks.
Besides having multiple locations might confuse the cops and disperse them, this benefiting robbers.
There is not enough space within a city limit to accommodate more banks, they would be too close together, and there are no suitable buildings. (It won't even look nice.)
Simply adding a few more heist options around the city would help solve the problem you mentioned earlier. As players go after different heists and cops split up to go after them, competition would be significantly reduced.

how will it confuse cops when they can literally split up and get us killed ?
its more harder for criminals then it is for cops...
During the average bank robbery you almost ALWAYS get to pick up a dye pack. People shooting you down are not crews, I'm certain they have other problems to worry about - besides, robbing the bank isn't supposed to be exactly easy. There needs to be some challenge otherwise its pointless.
On top of this, more banks means the economy will further get fucked and there's never any guarantee the secondary bank you'll be supposedly robbing isn't guarded by gangs.
Basically, get better lol.
