No use of cargobob(military heli)

Idk if this is possible to remove cargobob military heli bcoz of no use of it and if we wanna drive it we need to hotwire it even we r cop.
It's spawn at kacc military fuel in lv and area 69 in lv on place of sea sparrow.
So spawning of sea sparrow chance is less
Better to remove it or make another place to spawn it bcoz of no use of this heli

So we should remove all cars, and maintain only bullet.....ajajajajaj
