Civilian can kill mws should be brought back that was a nice rule and also helps to earn money, thats even fun to kill mws it even increases the action rate in MCNR.

tbh i want this but after we kill mw once he should spawn at hospital with 5stars because if he is mw again without armour he can be killed many times, Godzzz belive me u dont want old mw thing again because u dont know how many strong players are around
