Found a weird way to fix a broken engine from a owned vehicle.
Wen you have a owned car with a broken engine, you can still request it the vehicle will arrive normally but the car wont start since the engine is fucked,
So i pushed that car down a river (using another vehicle) because i wanted it to be destroyed, I noticed i didint get any warning that the car was destroyed, so i pressed Y and returned the vehicle to garage again, then i pressed Y again and requested the said vehicle once again, the vehicle now appears with the engine fixed and fully repaired. Turns out the river water had some magical properties and totally repaired my dead car? hehe
Got no video or photos of this, just found out by accident, i will try to reproduce this later wen iam around and i will edit this thread if i find more info 😆

This is nothing new, you may have missed the message or the script may have not detected (but the game itself did) that your vehicle was destroyed, but usually once you cannot drive your vehicle at any point once it's in the water - it is considered destroyed.
As said above, once a vehicle enters water it 'dies'. It can then be recovered for a fee. It would not repair the vehicle. You must have paid for it to be recovered. Tested multiple times and it works as intended.
