Well, I often crash too, sometimes while walking, or driving, maybe it is something else causing this issue. (I do not use any kind of modifications in the game, only except the detailed radar).

Being honest, places don't really matter for me. It is all random, but I experienced quite much crashes on the road from south west lv towards the hunter quarry intersection.. It is an issue in the server because I do not encounter a single crash in any other server I play in.

I havent driven the phoenix since, and my game hasnt crashed once. And I got the records. The black screen is just my desktop, with the samp launcher and the crash window.

I can't say this is confirmed bug but i already tested it and got crash once well this video was really needed however i dont know what is this so i'll leave it to mike.
It’s something in your game. There’s nothing special about the Phoenix that would crash it from the server.
