Remove vehicle armor and resistant tires (instead make all cars have 1500hp)

Instead of buying vehicle armor and resistant tires, make that all cars have 1500 HP and "ressistant tires" by default (with resistant tires i mean the current tire HP that you can get by buying resistant tires). Maintain "special vehicles" like the Patriot with 2000 HP as it is now. Additionally, adjust Pay 'n' Spray to fully repair the car (1500 HP) at a higher cost, comparable to purchasing vehicle armor or repairing with a mechanic.

No what a imbalance it would be rich people constantly abusing it,those who cannot afford, plus it is annoying and even  newbie can have for free disadvantage for both criminals and cops -1

Actually i think is more balanced for new players than the current system, because if you car gets destroyed you have to buy resistant tires and vehícle armor again (like 13k every time), with this change you need to only repair your car to have it at his full HP (tires and armor), maybe using Pay N Spray or repairing with a mechanic should cost 5k every time, less money than before. Also the cost can be discussed, it doesnt have to be 5k, it can be more or less.

Dear Mike plz remove all armours, cop role bcoz playes not able to kill them. Cop vs robbers and robbers vs robbers.
They want game like what they want. No need to Nerf cops just remove totally.
