Add a board on forum with all existing rules about in-game, forum and discord

Add a board on forum with all existing rules about in-game, forum and discord so a player before doin a stupid complaint can read the rules and think 5 times before POSTING....

Detailed server rules may be found at https://mikescnr.com/rules, although they really need to be updated as there are a lot of changes and rules that are missing.
As for discord Its rules barely change and It's here, https://discord.com/channels/524318544243195917/545798062577025025/795674829046022186

Yeah, you have to search those rules in 100 different channels/boards and maybe you get the wrong rules because are not updated.
Just add a hekkin  dedicated board only for rules and if there are rules updates make announcement both Discord / In game by admin announcement and on forum so the players can known constantly what changes
