1= when Robbers ram cop they get wanted but if they ram the cop while the cop is in a car nothing happens they should get a wanted level for ramming a cop in a car
2= just like how cops get a message on their screen when they attack a suspect who is a non-threat Robbers should get a message too when they start cop hunting
About Cops vs robbers
1]. It may not be intentional ramming. Accidents occur. If someone is constantly doing that record and report.
2] Cop hunt is complicated and i don't think the system will be able to detect that. Eg: if a cop comes close to a suspect, the suspect can shoot and it won't be a cop hunt. How will the system detect this?
Suspects almost always have a reason to shoot a cop
so it a -1 from my side

Wat. Even if Collision detection is possible, that feature is not working correctly even with singleplayer. NPC cops used to hit CJ's car and started shooting him. The same would happen if this feature is added. Cops would hit the criminals and start shooting them. And cop hunting cannot be detected so.....

This. You cannot detect vehicle collisions in SA-MP?
Why? Because instead of implementing basic functionality which is possible in a game from 1980 Kyeman the great decided to implement things like hot air balloons.
