Make a rule for what has to be done with a tazed suspect

If Molotov spamming was not fair, taze and kill should not be fair either. I know this was rejected before, but it's not a thing to be ignored. Imagine you managed to take down a cop's armour and half health, and suddenly he switches to tazer and stuns you. You will be literally helpless in that case. Cops have already got too over-powered things like seasparrow, SWAT tank, Rustler and Spike strips. Tazer is meant to stun/stop criminals and assist in cuffing, not to make an unfair advantage of it.

-1, it is already nerfed, in range, rate of fire and the cooldown between successful hits.
This is very useful when the officer is outnumbered/low on HP.

Also, only officers who bother to train their SD pistol skill to 100% are the ones who can actually use it mid combat.
-1 because of what Alex said + the fact that cops are generally outnumbered and less organized compared to criminals. I'd say 80 percent of the times.
