car rams too overpowered if u get hit once u literally cant move or nothing, maybe make a command to jump out of there or lower the dmg car rams do, becuase if ur going against a 4 cop tank they can just spray u while u are down helpless.
edit: maybe making cars shutoff after hitting a civillian and cause engine to restart
