I was at ls while active city was ls and i saw some (npc) i guess i could run them over and train stopped at market train station. After losing 1 star making me innocent i bought a ticket to lv and the message wait on platform showed, the train still there but i couldnt enter. Next meessage was wait for the train to arrive but there was already one train which i couldnt enter.I dont know if this re occurs happend to me 1 time few minutes ago.

Known bug.
You can destroy train carriages with weapons forcing them to respawn for a few minutes leaving the npc on the floor.
It fixes itself after a few mins.
This seems to happen to all NPCs over time and I'm not sure why. I might consider resetting all NPCs on a city change (putting them back in their vehicle).
I can't think what could cause this apart from a hacker warping into their vehicle, kicking the NPC out.
While city changed (today) to sf, i've also seen a NPC train driver was not in train he was stand and did nothing i hit him until i got 5 stars.........

idk what you tryna say... check the dates and that happend on different sittuations one on sf bridge and one at market station (ls)
