Drug burning mission suggestion

Hey, Who remember that mission about burning the drugs in GTA SA missions offline
I suggest to re-add it with up counting and prize between 2k-3k
Notice : Whenever the time to finish the mission is shorter the prize is more but not more 3k.
By the way it's a similar idea for combine mission that i suggested before.

This is already part of MCNR

1. Put the suggestion in the title please.
2. Be more descriptive.
3. It's literally already a thing.
