i mean if you have gotten a replacement at the start, when this happend it would be fine but u got a replacement when all our cars had 400-500 hp.

Well, first of all - I had consent from one of the management regarding instructing your complaint to help make it look more professional since it was difficult to process reading all those big bolded texts just being all over your screen and you're getting lost with what the reporter is trying to explain, therefore it was one of the issues to bear with. As per the following complaint, I dismissed it due it not being sufficient enough for someone to get banned like this, and if it's not enough, that means it's NOT ENOUGH proof, he proved himself afterwards right after I saw his POV fighting you on duels as well, so that should be it.

Secondly, I did not delete that previous topic you've made regarding me, it was someone else - probably because it was too unnecessarily dramatic to have it around...

Thirdly, Cashewz already answered to you regarding it, but from my side - I just couldn't be able to manage 20+ players around the event with the lack of admins helping me around at that time, that's just unlucky set of events and you're acting too fragile about it which is silly of you.

Fourthly, you just didn't seem to read my announce message properly - I said DO NOT JUMP, otherwise ELIMINATE, usually in Squid Games events you have to only run as if you're competing in a Decathlon events.

Fifth, I have no control over Yoshi's actions on you.

Sixth, you should realize that within the rules - you're not allowed to do chaining and then mocking a staff member when he's trying to help you (this was handled previously within an appeal by a verbal warning, and you were also given a chance yet you're still ungrateful for it)

Seventh, that's not my case, he was banned by someone else.

I hope I answered all your questions.

Not to mention your act of behavior and your display of everything just doesn't prove that I should be wronged in a matter of situation.
You're just pretty much frowned over my course of staffing.

you yourself broke the rules by killing me when I was non-threat, and my report about it was completely ignored. If you can’t handle reports, follow the rules, or treat players fairly, you don’t deserve to be an admin. You better leave staff team  ur useless.

1. i literary said "i am making this so people post more evidence" not so you deny it for insufficient evidence.

2. Unnecesarry drama that you rejected a complainted for "different font sized"? Yeah, for some of the staff unnecesarry drama is whenever someone criticizes their decision.

3. I replied to that and he should have been given another car at the start of the event not when everyone had 400-500 car hp. He won the event because of that.

4. You said if u dont jump you are elimitated, we all know this, we all saw it, managers can check it in logs.

5. You could heal me but you decided to mock me after.

6. There were no mocking rules and mocking rules were jsut made for you because you're fragile.

7. It was you who was crying about it and you probably dmed a manager who barely plays or cares about the server and he was like "yeah, ban him, whatever".

What does this have to do with what i'm saying here? I wanted to get banned from mcnr discord so i said that. Don't try to discredit me with shit like that, most people aint that stupid, only snowflakes like you know who(you) would care for shit like that. And what i said to shadow it's my personal opinion of you, it was a personal server, not mcnr related.

Also 10 NO votes vs 4(probably staff votes) to YES it's kinda clear people don't want you here and they consider you not a good match for staff.

Do you mind quoting the chaining rule from any official statement by opms or Mike himself and again like I said it wasn't disrespect or insulting I had a talk with management and they themselves agreed that the reason of mute was pure nonsense and later on the muted were lifted

Depends on what case your talking here, A staff can happen with him bad moments i don’t say that there is not, but somehow you are pissed from me and you always used to pm me about your reports and i used to deal with them, Anyway it is your opinion and i still respect that, for your information i never cried in main chat as how you do often, anyway not gonna argue with you about how i perform my admin duties as i pretty well know what i am. 😉

When i made this i was sure it will be alot more votes for yes then no since he has friends and other staff members will vote yes but i guess it aint the case since your attitude and biases catches your ass in the end
