Add hitmens skills who are offered money to play against other players.

For example: If a player gets robbed by someone else but is too weak to take revenge, he could place a bounty on the thief’s head using a specific command And to offer money. Then, all players (or a select group) would be authorized to kill that thief in exchange for the reward money that he offers. There is justice and a balance of power here! Players won't just be able to abuse weak players without paying the price for it!
