NEW DEPARTAMENT PULIC SERVICE

My idea is to make a FBI and CIA departament complet different from LSPD dp , like if you chose to be an FBI or CIA team or just FBI to be an level like to unlock FBI at level 7-8 or just 6 , chose the skin and chose to spawn to the FBI departament , with vehicles , a heli spawn with 3 or 4 heli s for both teams , and with that we can reduce spawn killing in lspd , being a interdiction to switch 3 days after you chosing to be police guy or FBI guys , and server will be more ''roleplay'' optional:: when you get hit by a sniper you make a animation for being hit , lets ban that because is a stressing my sugestion for the NEW DEPARTAMENT OF FBI AND CIA IS HERE:::
