Passenger Rewards

Hello, I would like to suggest an improvement to passengers who ride along with their friend who is doing jobs such as trucking for instance. I would like to propose that people who ride along with them could get a percentage from the jobs that their buddy does. Leave it up to the Driver / Mission holder to set a percentage that they would like to give them after the job is complete. They could maybe earn a little bit of XP from it as well, the money however that they would get would be cut from the payment that the driver would get and not just free cash the server gives out.
