Make gameplay recording mandatory for combat players

Nowadays, almost everyone has a PC that can record gameplay without any noticeable performance loss. Because of that, I think players who actively take part in combat should be required to record their gameplay instead of it being optional. Right now, it's common to see players performing insanely well, but when they're asked for a recording, they either avoid the conversation or simply don't have one. Making recordings mandatory would make it much harder for smart togglers to get away with cheating while also helping clear skilled players from false accusations. Of course, there should be some room for human error. Sometimes a clip might bug out, fail to save, or not record properly. That shouldn't immediately result in punishment. However, repeatedly being unable to provide recordings when requested should lead to consequences. If someone is actively involved in combat, they should be expected to have their gameplay recorded. This change wouldn't affect normal gameplay at all. It would simply give the staff a much better way to deal with suspicious cases and make combat fairer for everyone.
