Add Drug Dealers Locations - in /gps

Telling people who don't know where the drug dealers '{#ffdd44}location{/}' are is just inconvenient; adding it to the GPS makes it much better, though it might also be complicated to use. - I'm not sure, but isn't this a low priority?
