This will develop an already existing feature & bring the gamemode to a more realistic state and/or closer to the original.
We already have a no-fly zone enforced by SAM sites over Area 69. It would make perfect sense to have one over the Easter Basin Naval Station as well, as the two SAM sites there are currently "disabled".
In other areas:
- LSIA (for players w/o a pilot license)
- Easter Bay Airport (for players w/o a pilot license)
- Las Venturas Airport (for players w/o a pilot license)
- LSPD rooftop
- SFPD rooftop, parking space, and helipad
- LVPD rooftop
- medical facility rooftops
- Ocean Docks National Guard Depot
- KACC Military Fuels (which should only be enterable for emergency services & civilians with a truck, for hauling purposes)
the no-fly zone would also be announced using the Fort Zancudo air control lines that don't mention a takedown, but only be enforced with a trespassing charge, similarly to [how it works in GTA V](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/UbK3wASiFTU).
