Too many cops

When server players for example is 80,half or 1/4 of server can be cop.its bad for criminals who is 70players is cop and 10 players is criminal and cops kill them 70v1 🙁

So, what is your suggestion?

I don't really bother locking rejected things, because people can continue to discuss it if they so wish.
