This suggestion is not about eliminating teaming, It pretty much enhances purpose of crews, and actual "teaming"
Let's be honest, It's not funny when there's a situation when there's a new player trying to catch a suspect and out of nowhere desperate oG players come and kill the cop. Right now gameplay is heavily based on ganging up on players at random times, and farming kills (It's boring lol, get a sultan then kill cops without weapon skills so funni). This state shows decline in gameplay quality and playerbase count. Basically what could've been done is that you can't help non crew members, who are wanted nor you can't help them If you aren't wanted (Unless valid revenge of course).
Said situation really proves how hard is it to start in MCNR for a new player, who probably won't get into a crew, and he either becomes a punching bag, or leaves (Decline in playerbase). There are crews on purpose, to unite people. Go play world of warcraft if you want to grind or leech off others.
As I've stated, It's not to discourage team gameplay, It's a core part of gaming but there need to be limits. (I'm not saying that you can't sit in a sultan with crew members while you are crewless, I know some people are that retarded to think this suggestion completely removes teaming for non crew members)
Mike by denying this suggestion you agree that you don't care, and you support self destruction of MCNR.
Bonus scenario : Pablo.Escobar.2010 got lvl 50, he thought of hunting some criminals, he approaches Ahmed2006, then a sultan full of skilled players kills him, what will he do? Answer this in replies.
