These days we saw a lot of complaint about cophunt/rdm but there are still a lot of misunderstading about the rule enstabilished by Karbz  months ago.

Its funny to see how some reports are being accepted and others being refused, and the funniest thing Is the reply by some staff members.
Someone act like NYC Major lawyer for how they talk and how they think about handling a complaint, but someothers act totally reverse.

And everyone saw how the rule enstabilished by our Operation Manager is sometimes respected by the staff and sometimes Is not proper used or even worse Is not considered at all.

What i ask is a REVIEW of this Rule, reconsider the weak point of this Rule like the most of players cant record a game-week, the weakness of the action log because not everything can be logged and more other things which makes this Rule weak and unfair.

Consider what happened recently as a chance to improve your staff and enstabilish right rules.

My POV:
Staff member infracting people for a rule-break who requires a video of at least 30 minutes, instead, after getting punished in-game just when the situation happened, a long arguing in forums where your staff member keep repeating the same thing about a video the appeal got denied and the next day a 40 seconds video has been provided where is shown only the murder of the cop after a transiction which hide the Cop holding a gun against me and my Friends.

Summarising what happened:

• Admin who dont respect a rule enstabilished by the O.M.
• Weak arguments by the admin and the reporter part.
• A manipulated video provided by the staff in support of his member.
• And the worsest thing is about the fact of other reports being instantly rejected because of no video evidence provided, but in our case there was no video evidence and suddenly after 1 day

Why in some reports the staff follow the rule enstabilished by Karbz and other reports does not?

And most important why our OM is accepting as proof a obviously manipulated video in favour of the report side?

The inconsistencies within the rules for revenge have been previously bought to my attention, and it's been a large area we've been focusing on for the past 3 weeks along with the current rule of needing to supply 30 minutes worth of footage for a complaint to be seen as valid.

This is what we are trying to work out, and decide currently;  revenge time is 30 minutes so it's why supplied video length is 30 minutes however it seems many users struggle to record for that length of time, or they aren't recording at all.

We are attempting to work out a reasonable time, where most people will have no issues recording for that duration of time. We are deciding between 10 - 15 minutes.

As for the revenge rules, they are also under review. They are under review due to what we believe is confusion that is occurring for current players, and even staff members as you pointed out seem to be "creating their own rules".

You guys will be updated as soon as we come up with a resolution to the issues I mentioned above ^ - I look forward to the changes, and hopefully they will not only make your life (the players) easier, but make it easier for staff when determining the outcome of complaints.

the problem is we were punished based on no evidence at all, literally scrolled 1 page of action log and 40 second of manipulated video and decided yeah this is cophunt punished us and then bossing acting all cocky like the admin knows all when she was the one who didnt follow the regular procedure
and you were backing her up, and you are having whatever discussion with management which still goes above my head, what are you even discussing? that why should you not accept a fabricated video as an evidence? clearly you strongly side with clara's decision meaning you support her and approve whatever evidence she provided, meanwhile when i provide the same evidence for my video it is rejected for not having 30 minute proof
