Make purposely reporting minuscule stuff punishable.

It's not fun If someone makes the most childish reports to validate himself in a 2004 game. Make people not abuse forums to proclaim their deluded worldview, that's rock bottom, and certain people are known for misusing that and wasting staff's time.

All reports will be looked into, if there seems to be an array of reports made that are very minor or that seem to be constant targeted reporting it is at the discretion of server staff/management on how they wish to handle the situation, and if a punishment should be handed to the reporting player.  Thanks for the suggestion, but denied.
