Suggestion to save MCnR at once.

Charge monthly 5 Euro/Pound incentive from every staff members, this will both contribute to server's budget and determine whoever is in staff team to just jerk off and check forums once a while to keep their rank. Not a joke suggestion, admins are mostly adult people who are capable of that

I think you meant to make a suggestion saying that staff gets paid 5$ a month?

In some countries like (Pakistan/India), PayPal is blocked so staff members who lives in these countries cannot pay 5$ monthly lol and no other payment methods are accepted in Mike's CNR, and what's the point of charging staff members? they're just performing a best role in keeping server clean, dealing with reports, dealing with cheaters and performing their duty, they should get paid for doing their jobs, not charged.

What's the point of keeping some staff members if they cant speak English, normal players do more job than them and have higher knowledge of rules, paypal is not only method of performing transactions, If they would be dedicated they'd send mike money in a mail

Mike has enough money to pay the bills; otherwise, the Discord server would not have level 3, advanced forum security, and a stable server.
The only thing you will manage to do here is probably get half of the staff team to resign; besides, you should be rewarded for doing your job, not pay to do your job.

That's what I replied at up, staff members should be paid for performing their duties not charged because they are really working hard to keep
server clean and managing reports, dealing with cheaters etc.
