Raise requirements to become a cop.

First off, cops should be required to have Hitman level on shotguns, assault rifles and snipers. It's even hurting these unexperienced kids that they have to stand still while firing, just make It easier for them to encourage them to get It at higher level. Second off, 25 hour playtime. I'm tired of fighting with cops who have 0 combat knowledge or any samp mechanics knowledge, It's even hurting them. They simply don't know how to approach the game without proper experience.

If It's gonna get denied tell us why? I don't mean to punish anyone in this suggestion, It's actually beneficial for new players because they I'll have higher chance of fighting back with mastered gun experience and all.

Even though level 50 is too much and takes a while for new players to earn experience points, there still should be more requirements for players to be cops.

When we die as a non-threat to cops, we don't get any refunds of our time spent in jail, medical fees, weapons and bail. They may get a warning or a PSO that wont do anything.
