In order to apply, become, and remain a member of MCNR staff, you must agree to the following terms and conditions. These are not legally binding, however in agreeing to them you show us that you understand them and vow to follow them. Staff that do not agree to these terms or breach these terms will not be hired (if applying) or will have their rank revoked (if existing staff and terms are updated).

Please read each term and reply to this topic to state you agree to these terms, dated. Copy and paste the quote below into a reply.

I agree to the MCNR staff terms and conditions dated 15/03/2022.

I have filled out my application form to the best of my knowledge, honestly and accurately.

I understand the responsibility of being a tester in this server and vow to uphold the professional reputation of the server.

I understand that I have no contractual or legal association with the server or its operators, and will carry out my duties without reward or compensation.

I understand that the server owners and operators reserve the right to demote and/or ban my account for any reason with or without prior notice and for any reason.

I understand that abuse of my power and position will result in my role as tester being revoked.

I agree to be as active as I am able to be on the server, aiming for at least 8 hours of play time a week.

I agree to be as active as possible on the server/forums/Discord, with at least 30 hours in-game play time and checking the forums/Discord daily.

I agree to have Discord notifications enabled so I can be contacted immediately.

I agree to notify the server owners/operators if I intend to be inactive for more than 2 weeks.

I agree to help new players and ensure their experience is the best possible.

I agree that arguing with players in the global chat is prohibited and may lead to dismissal.

I agree to maintain a certain level of professionalism in order to preserve the reputation and image of the server.

I agree that I will not share details of this server with other servers in the aims of facilitating imitation.

I agree to treat all players equally and fairly. If your friend is cheating, you report them.

I agree not to invite players onto any other server which could lead to reduction in player count on this server.

I agree to never disclose details of game/script exploits which could be abused by players.

I agree to keep player details such as IP addresses secure and confidential.

I agree to keep sensitive or private staff-related discussion to the staff chats, and not in public chat.

I agree that my password should be secure (10+ characters) and must never be used on any other server or website.

I understand that failure to follow these terms and conditions among other guidelines stated elsewhere (i.e. forums), will result in my termination as a server tester.

I agree that these terms may be altered at any time. Staff will be required to agree to the updated terms once more.

Updating terms
As stated above, these terms may be updated at any time with or without notice. All existing staff will be required to read and agree to these terms again if they are changed. All replies to this topic will be removed in this case so we have a clear record of who has accepted the terms.

Changes will be shown in a reply to this topic.

I will maintain a list of staff that have agreed to the terms once some people have responded.

Concerning the expectations when testers are on the test server,

The test server is not a playground; it is there to test various aspects of the script before the script goes live. Any tester found constantly neglecting their responsibilities while on the test server will have their rank removed.
