So as you may see in the server, there are many Bullets, because it's the best vehicle in the game - great handling, speed, acceleration etc.. Seing it's price at only 27k and available from level 50 or something makes it really unbalanced. For example, Infernus, Cheetah or Turismo are more expensive, like ~80k and more and are available from higher levels like level 90 or something, in addition, Infernus and Turismo handling isn't that great compared to Bullet or other similar vehicles like Banshee or Super GT.
So, my suggestion would be to raise the Bullet's price and its availability from level 100, in addition, nerf Infernus and Turismo - decrease the price a bit and level availability.

The bullet is unlocked at lvl 90+ already... The banshee is a good alternative to the bullet almost same speed but worse handling and it is unlocked at lvl 40 ish.
As devils said up there its alr a lvl 90 if the price would go up to 40k atleast it would be great alr and more balanced by that
All vehicles prices will be adjusted at some point, and this will happen then. But I won't change the unlock level.
