teleported to prolaps after hitting oil slick

In-game name: sm0ke
Details:

I was a passenger in the car and all of a sudden I spawned inside a shop in creek mall. In the chat it says "Hit an oil slick".
[69]HITMAN has also reported being teleported to an interior after hitting an oil slick but in his case it was a restaurant he spawned in.

Hello, sm0ke Thank you for reporting, i just have one question.

Do you have any mods installed in your game, or what GTA version are you using ?

Speaking of mods, I only have crashes.asi and sensfix.asi. GTA version is v1.00.
