So I suggest hiring some more administrators/moderators who can stay online a bit. Hiring, not letting them apply.
"I report somebody, they respond after 15 - 58 minutes." Staff aren't robots and they have to check your /crimes and /actions etc, and they have to investigate your report, but i dont know about hiring more moderators and admins theres's already like eight or nine moderators.

First of all, keep in mind that you aren't the only player on the server making reports or require assistance so it takes time before we can get to you. Secondly, we also have to go through plenty of logs and confirm a lot of things before we can take any action in order to ensure that the right decision is taken and being a staff member isn't as easy as you think (non-staff often fail to understand this) but I believe everyone is trying thier best to make the server a better place for everyone.
Also don't forget that all the staff members here are simply volunteering during thier free time, we also have a life, we got other things to deal with which are much important than sitting in front of a PC 24/7.

Replying to the matter about no staff online in midnight: Staff ain't in-active, it's just that their timezones (most of them) do not allow them to be around in the midnight timezone of the UK. I myself tend to be active in that time but I have been facing some complications which is why I'm not making much appearances for now.
Replying to the reports being ignored or the /ask: When staff numbers on the server are low, or in other words only a few (or only 1 staff member) are online at that time. They tend to set priorities to control the server especially with the times they are trying to bring order to the server when they are on their own, So here are general staff moderation priorities that are used in any server whatsoever which should make this clear.
1- Deal with hackers/cheaters, that's the main priority.
2- Deal with player reports and bring order to any chaos that commences within the server such as spam or toxic arguements.
3- Assist players in need (be it a question in the main chat or /ask).
4- Other staff duties.
So, what I'm trying to say by this. If your /ask was ignored, it means staff are handling the priorities listed above. And if your /report was ignored, it means staff are occupied with other reports or dealing with the priorities listed above it. And if you reported a hacker, if he is blatantly hacking such as flying or insta kills, they will be immediately banned. And if it's hacks like teleports or aimbot, you must give staff time to spectate and confirm them doing it.
Replying to the general state of the current staff numbers: Timezones are things to put in mind, and the applications form exist for a reason, say you are a good fellow who meet the requirements and also believe your active timezone is sometime where staff are few/non available, then why not apply and help the staff team cover all timezones?
