Jail in Dwayne Island

I believe that’s eventually the plan, just working on making it perfect. ChrisAg and Mike did a badass job on it, now just time to fix the kinks.. be patient

Yeah, the idea for the island was to be treated as another jail. I have already done the interior (might need some adjustments) for it but Mike didn't have the time to review it since there were other priorities that needed to be done. Hopefully in the near future we can devote some time on this and make it what was originally going to be.

I meant, having a MW which only killed 1 person is a bit of overkill, if possible only MWs that killed 3 people or more should be jailed there
