My suggestion is that you should add more houses to the point where u add apartments maybe not much or inside the skyscrapers of LS and SF and some of them could be just for donators.
And you can add hotel and motel rooms for sale too.

I was originally going to add apartments and hotels but decided not to. I'm pretty sure 99% of players would rather have their own property than a boring shared one. There are plenty of properties available for purchase https://properties.mikescnr.com
