I suggest that when someone puts a bounty on someone, there should be a poster on random road walls and posts, or trees and it has to have the face of the player with the bounty and also the cash you are gonna get if u kill him. Ik u can just do /bounty to see who has a bounty but in this way it will be cooler since San Andreas' story is in roughly 1992. Example:

Bounties are illegal, they are not the sheriff putting posters up. They don't want to advertise to the general public that there's an illegal hit on someone, that doesn't make sense.
You can check for bribes with /hits or at a payphone.
That being said, allowing people to discover bribes this way does sound kind of appealing, but alas the logic simply isn't there.
