Innocent drivers

at this point its becoming an exploit for criminals to have an innocent and/or yellow driver in an armored car with super bullet resistant tires which is a tank basically cause the car cant be destroyed nor the driver can be killed so it makes cops life harder than it already is, anyone who says this is a "strategy" is basically braindead

Agreed. I suggest that when cop asks to stop the vehicle the innocent driver recieve a star as well as the suspect.

Driver can be killed if passenger is a threat. I don't know what's the point of this post

if driver is innocent or 1 star you cant kill them as a cop, read the post carefully.

I thought you were talking about civilians, my bad. So, how about driver getting 2 stars after 10-15 seconds of wanted player being in his car? I think that would be fair

I mean if innocent have suspect in his car

IF a civilian is driving the vehicle and criminals are inside the vehicle shooting others, then the driver would recieved 3 times wanted level.

A civilian should  never háve a criminal in his vehicle shooting others anyways.
