Some players asking that what does battery means... Even some players, who is poor on English, knows "assault" better than "battery".
Change crime name from "Battery" to "assault" again...
yeah +1, this isn't UK English, so just stick with the one common language that doesn't contain these strange words that has multiple definitions.

You denied something commonly that was supposed to be in generally available for everybody;
Allow me to repeat for everybody regarding why rustler should be available for civilians aswell.
This plane takes skill, it's nothing particular as compared to sea sparrow or any other deadlier vehicles, why not give it for civilians aswell?
Cops has bigger survival probability when it comes to them hiding in airs, while you're dealing with them on solo.

Skill is required on a rustler only if you are gonna do acrobatics such as flying under bridges or flying low to kill others. Flying a plane and shooting down a chopper or a plane does not require skill and there are already plenty of people capable to fly a rustler. But sure if you add hydra for police officers again then yea why not add the rustler for civilians.

No, I am not agreeing how you can just reject something with no absolute reason, you're literally giving a middle finger to your community for being silly.
Skill is required on everything that's for piloting, rustler is one of the common samples where you can use it for hunting down the on-ground vehicles, where there are also obstacles around, rustler is nothing major compared to other deadlier military vehicles, and there are no stacks of them, nor it would promote this server to some war thunder shit, don't worry, not everybody can fly rustlers as good as you expect.
