Details: mechanics are unable to repair tires/engine of other's vehicle when they are on vehicles themselves.

Procedure to replicate: As a mechanic, offer service to a player whose car's tires or engine is damaged. If the player accepts the service while the mechanic is still on bike, the repair charge/money is taken but mechanic is unable to repair it and 'Mechanic was unable to equip repair kit' is shown in chat

Description	Mechanics are not able to repair other players tires if they are on a bike or in a car. When they accept and click on repair tires the service ends in a second and the mechanic just gets the money.
