Criminal radio

So my suggestion is that criminals should have a radio too like cops have so they can contact eachother too or maybe ask for help if they are in trouble without the cops knowing. Probably use it by the same command the cops do #(message)

This doesn't make sense lol, there is already an upcoming feature which is Crew chat which will be introduced into the server sometime in the future, No need to make this one at all.
Criminals are not really a team. -1 from me as there is already an upcoming crew chat feature.

There is going to be a crew chat in the near future. Adding a radio for criminals is a TDM feature, so not needed here.
