UNFAIR server/staff & DIFFERENT TREATMENTS FOR DIFFERENT PLAYERS

Hi, you doing your best to let me get mad, sometimes i deserve it and sometimes not. The only useless thing i can do is writing this topic and reading replies to spend my free time until lockdown ends.

There are many things i doesn't like here, i wouldn't have share but i'm forced to, many players have different treatments for each situation.

Imagine setting up inexsistent kills from database, to fill up the K/D ratio of players crying about it and they litterally going around just to fill it up. (better i don't write the long list)  1 year ago i checked up many players and they were doing 300/400 kills daily without even playing, they was just playing 2 hours max, and their K/D increased as fuck)

Imagine losing your properties if you're inactive, it looks like a fair thing to me, BUT there are many players not losing their houses during bans/inactivity. They got a different treatment than me (i lost my properties 2 times, and i will again after my new ban expire)

I'm talking about many players, not just 1, i can make a long list here too but i will share just one (holding one of the best mansions)

After my ban, i asked mike if i had a chance to get the same treatment, i don't give a fuck houses, i care only about 1 house, my old farm, i lost it 2 times so i was trying to get it back, or at least to avoid losing my properties after the ban i got few days ago but no one gives a fuck. I'm not blaming mike, he always helping and trying to let players feeling good, i'm not sure why they/you all blaming me as fuck even when i'm trying to be good.

Why we haven't the same rights ?

The last things i have to share are rules related:

Imagine being banned for disrespecting a staff member (i'm talking about my last ban, the first time i was wrong i already apologized and paid for) and everyone else litterally free to trash talk as they wish. I got mad after a staff member told me that "i'm under a mental breakdown" then i got 2 months ban for using the sentence "stfu" after a punishment. If a staff member throw a heavy offence, no one gives a fuck, if you tell a staff member to shut the fuck up, you ending up banned.


Imagine being disrespected by a player/gang, and staff spectating doesn't give a fuck. I'm talking about a guy using my old nickname (everyone in his gang knew it was my old nickname) telling me "you're mentally ill", but no one gives a fuck, who spectated was laughing instead of telling him to behave.
The username isn't the point, he was free to trash talk on purpose and i doesn't like that.

Imagine a community co-operating to let you get mad just because you play too much and then getting a ban for disrespecting someone, it's really hard to behave when you know they doing it on purpose and not just to play and have fun.

Imagine a evil infraction system banning regular active players for many months.

Imagine a old staff member replying your appeal telling you stop crying everytime you get a ban, he wasn't even online and he hadn't enough time to understand what happened once again.

Finally imagine being harrassed by the staff and being unable to react.

I would like to write for a day or two, every fucking thing i doesn't like, but isn't worth it, after a year i'm still here trying to understand the logic of treatments, stuffs and rules.

I haven't really anything better to do, i'm waiting again my ban to expire, maybe in july it is too hot so we will meet back in september, take care and have fun guys.

I'm sorry once again Mike  i feel sad just for you and the time you spend for this server, this is the truth, you already know i'm not an ass-licker but just mad.

I wouldn't spread this hate, i really would like to be cool but it is too hard for me.

I remember once that a player was not active for 2 months only to realise I can just simply ask mike/manager to reset the inactive house. That I wanted in Vinewood LS.
as far as i'm aware house resetting needs to be manual. don't quote me on this. All you had to do was simply report that NotBad is a inactive player and his houses should be released back into the the Avery's Properties. You causing a commotion here doesn't benefit anyone, we understand your fustration, but we are human at the end of the day, and if there are properties that are being held by inactive players, Mike will place it back into the Market.

As for what you may think some people get better treatments than someone else, that thinking is wrong. Everyone is judged/or treated equally, and no one gets a better treatment than others. If you believe that someone is getting special treatment and you think it's unfair/unjust you can speak to the community Manager trina and she will bring it up with mike to solve this issue.

On a side note, you should keep your cool, I don't have the right to say this since I'm not in your shoes of fustration, but  it's only a game, and won't impact anything in your real life. ;
- Log in the game and just have fun you'll find that the server is relaxing with what it has to offer.

If you are unhappy how things are handled here, make a complain to any manager, but please do not create a shitshow everywhere you are.
You are playing the victim all the time but you can't even follow our servers rules. You have a wall of infractions and then you complain about being punished and saying you are threat "unfairly". And now you seek for more and create a hate speech about everything.

God knows why his house hasn't been removed, instead of complaining, just ask why. Maybe it's a bug because of the recent update or maybe something else (EDIT: YellowFlash confirmed)
Also there is a difference between a serious conversation and joking in chat, but it seems like you don't understand both either.

how sad i'm banned and i can't get it. CONFIRMED ? the reset time is 1 month, i recently lost my house for the 2nd time, so it is still 1 month and the script make it automatically. If the houses of inactive/banned players are still owned, someone did something to prevent the auto-selling and notbad isn't just the lucky one.

Wilderhammer you think i like writing this things ? you think i like being banned ? most of my past infractions doesn't make any sense, the infractions system is evil. The only proper ban, is the first when i started insulting everyone.

I don't keep breaking rules, sometimes i'm mad and a huge jail time with a /mute is enough to let me behave, i don't really deserve many months of ban, i'm pretty sure a manager coming to hunt you when you're chasing 2 noobs is already a way to punish someone.

Punishable things i did:

1 time /q to avoid
1 time cophunt
1 time disrespecting a punishment
1 time getting mad as fuck and insulting everyone (i was unable to leave to jail, wondering how my wanted level was increasing without doing anything)

i paid for everything

all this things aren't daily things, i'm not a serial rule-breaker.

all the others infractions points are arguable, like advertise and using the word "fags".

Inactive houses are only removed on a server restart. If you get banned, you risk losing it. Some players will lose them, some won't. Maybe try not to get banned..?
