It's valid. You are simply appealing because Eldy isn't here anymore. I was consulted on this case and determined the course of action was correct based off evidence provided by the staff.

I was there aswell when this happend, and I also asked Eldy, but he didn't reply to me, as we can see in the crimes I think this one needs to be revoked. Will wait also for another admin's opinion. Be patient someone will get back to you 🙂
