basically the host of the event is set to be the pilot of a plane in which players will stand on top and the idea is that the pilot will maneuver the plane so players can fall if not positioned correctly

Not really possible in SA-MP. You surf no matter what really. Everyone will just fall off at the same time. Plus it's not scripted like that.
