After reviewing both parties involved in this I can conclude that cdra ([59]cartel) did infact RDM once (5:30). I cannot say the same for the "second RDM" because, let's be frank Benz1ne why would you come back to the same place as [59]cartel is on, right? You have the whole GTA:SA map to roam around and you decide to go near him WHILST there's cops around? Let's put it this way you're on your friend's house, his mom starts beating your friend for not doing his homework and always inviting friends over, you're gonna get in front of your friend and you expect not to get hit by her?
