A damaged Hotknife spawned inside Casino

- What happened?: Few seconds ago, I entered the casino in Four Dragons Casino, LV. And I saw that there was a Hotknife which was damaged a bit.
    - Where were you?: FDC, LV.
    - What were you doing?: Just entered there.
    - Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time?: No, I think.
- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before?:I think it's not. It only happened to me.
- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible.: Well, as it's my first time seeing such thing, I do not know how we can reproduce this.

Hi , thanks for bringing this out have you tried to enter the car and if you did,did it told you that the car is owned or not?

The vehicle has been there since last week, that's when I first noticed it and it is visible for everyone. You can drive the vehicle if you want but as soon as you exit it, it will spawn back at its original position like seen in your screenshot. I believe someone damaged the vehicle and it respawned without being repaired which is why smoke can be seen coming from the engine. So based on what I said above, it is safe to assume that the developers placed the vehicle there intentionally.

I have improved the security (doors locked, position locked) and invulnerability for the next update. It's just there for decoration.
