tldr: make the police helicopter faster
police maverick helicopter is slow and criminals can quickly outrun it in most cars and bikes, they can even outrun a maxed out draw distance.
imo police chases look better and feel more immersive when there's a police helicopter involved in the pursuit. if police helis could actually follow cars and motobikes like it does irl then i think more police players would use them.

Not possible...the speed and acceleration it's random by game.

You change for single player, now remember exist mod for this, but if you enter in any server the vehicle modified return to random or configured by server.
